Terms and Conditions for the “$250 New Patient Promotion”
1. Your intention to claim the ‘$250 New Patient Promotion” must be mentioned at time of booking.
2. The procedures listed include an examination, regular scale and clean, radiographs and fluoride treatment. 
These must be performed at a single visit and can not be spread across multiple visits unless directed by the treating dentist.
3. This offer is available to new patients only.
4. Patients with severe periodontal conditions may not be suited to a regular scale and clean.
The treating dentist will advise of this after the examination.
In such cases, the regular scale and clean will be forfeited from the promotional offer and no credit is apportioned for future treatment.
This is at the discretion of the treating dentist and their professional judgement.
5. If your health insurance rebate exceeds $250, this is not redeemable for cash or credit.
6. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
